Welcome to The Headliner Suite!

Thank you for choosing us for your stay. We want to do everything possible to provide you with the best lodging experience. It is our goal to ensure you will want to visit us again. We are always available if you have questions or if there is something we can do to improve your time with us.

Here are some important items to note about your upcoming stay:

Address: 23728 Cliffe Pointe Rd NW, Quincy, WA 98848 - Unit 2C

 

Take exit 143 off I-90, Silica Rd Exit. Six miles off the exit, turn left into the Cave B Estate Winery & Sagecliffe Resort property. Follow the paved road until you come to a “Y," where you will turn left (Cliffe Pointe Road) and proceed ahead to the gravel parking area. Please park within the designated gravel parking area and do not drive on the pathways. We are the front corner unit on the river side of the property. I have attached a site map showing the location of the unit, which is also findable as a destination on GPS under "Cave B Ridge - The Headliner Suite."

 

For convenience, we have a luggage cart and snow shovel by the front door of the unit.

Please note: we do have an active security camera by the front door.

Technology and Games:

There is a fully-equipped kitchen that includes an electric range and cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator (with freezer). Additional items include:

  • Counter ice maker (plug in, fill water up to max fill line and push start)

  • Anolon cookware with lids (located in hallway closet)

  • Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks coffee pods + raw sugar packets, honey & creamer

  • French press and coffee grinder

  • Outdoor electric BBQ for grilling

  • Pizza cutter

  • Muffin tin & cookie sheets (found in drawer under stove)

  • Ninja blender

  • Cocktail shaker & shot glasses

  • Waffle maker (waffle mix in pantry)

  • Knives and cutting boards

  • Hand mixer & mixing bowls

  • Electric tea kettle

  • Sun tea pitcher + tea tea packets

  • Stocked kitchenware

  • Tupperware, tin foil, zip lock bags

  • Seasonings and extras include: Lawry's Seasoning Salt, lemon & pepper, Italian seasoning, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground thyme, chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, celery seed, ground all-spice, cayenne, ground cloves, garlic powder, red pepper, ground cinnamon, garlic salt, taco seasoning, sugar, flour, white vinegar, salt & pepper, corn starch, baking powder, olive oil, vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, waffle mix + syrup, cooking spray, and individual condiment packets (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, sweet relish, jam).

Our unit has a 49" Smart TV on a very long swivel - watch from bed or the couch. There is no cable available, but all streaming apps are ready for you to sign in and enjoy. The TV is equipped with a Bose Sound Bar for TV audio or to connect to Bluetooth to play music. The remote controls for the TV and Bose Sound Bar can be found in the wall holder located near the floor lamp. Press "TV" on the Bose remote for audio while watching television.  For music, use the bluetooth connection on the sound bar remote.

Toiletries:

This unit is on a septic system - PLEASE do not flush anything besides toilet paper--no flushable wipes, feminine hygiene products, etc.

 

We offer H2O Therapy Brand products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and lotion. Forget something? There is spare toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, mouth wash, makeup wipes are available for convenience.

Pro-Tips:

There are two heat pump heads for heating and cooling the unit. Each has a remote control situated near the unit. Both units need to be on the same setting (heat or cool) while in operation. Please keep the unit set no lower than 68 and no higher than 72 for highest efficiency.

There is an in-room safe located in the closet next to the bathroom. Directions are located on the safe for creating a personal code for use during your stay.

There is an outdoor ceiling heater on the patio, which can be turned on using the dial located on the wall above the BBQ. Please turn off heater when not in use (it is not on a timer).

The blinds can operate separately and are controlled via the wall plate remote by the tv. "Shade One" button controls the blinds on the tv wall, and the "Shade Two" button controls the river and patio facing view. Use the "All" button with the corresponding arrow  to lower and raise both shades simultaneously.

Garbage dumpsters are located in the parking area.

Dining and Amenities:

Please know that we are separate from Sagecliffe Resort & Spa. You can view resort and spa details online at sageclifferesortandspa.com or call (509) 787.8000.

Tendrils Restaurant and Bar is located at the Sagecliffe Inn, within walking distance of the unit. We recommend calling ahead to make reservations - (509) 787-8000 extension 3. Menu and updated hours can be found on the Inn's website. There is also a wood-fired pizza available for takeout.

Phoenix Pizza Company in Sunland is a fun little adventure just a short drive away. It is seasonal, so call ahead to make sure they are open. 771 Chukar Pl SW Quincy, Washington 98848 (509) 785-2921. Link

The town of Quincy has grocery stores, gas stations, a laundromat, restaurants and more. Our favorite grab & go spot is Rich's Tacos located at 703 Central Ave S, Quincy (509) 398-4564.

If you have any questions during your stay, please don’t hesitate to call or text us anytime. For any emergency, please call 911, then call or text one of us. Our goal is for our guests to have a safe, enjoyable stay!!!

Check In / Check Out:

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is 11am. For early check-in or late departure requests, please contact us. If we can make it happen, we are happy to accommodate--we know how hard it can be to leave! Upon departure, please dispose of any trash into the dumpsters located in the parking lot and start the dishwasher (pods located under the kitchen sink). There is an arrow indicating which buttons to push to start the dishwasher with the proper cycle. Don't forget to log-out of any TV apps. Thanks in advance!

Electric Car Charging:

There is a Tesla Supercharger at the Shell Gas Station located a couple miles away: 16010 Road 1 Northwest Quincy (This Supercharger is open to Tesla vehicles and Non-Tesla vehicles with CCS compatibility).

Special Occasions:

Interested in coordinating a girl's trip, surprise birthday adventure, wedding proposal, or any of life's special occasions? Whether it's arriving to a dozen roses & champagne on ice or a fully stocked refrigerator--we are happy to make accommodations to help curate the perfect celebration.

Natural Surroundings:

Please remember that this unit is in the middle of a desert. Be aware of your surroundings and watch for snakes and other wildlife. Also, be mindful of leaving the sliding doors open as it is an inviting place for many visitors, including pesky insects during the warmer months! Use our mini-split A/C units to control the home’s temperature, particularly at dusk and in the evenings.

 

If you venture our for a walk or hike, we recommend wear solid footwear and long, loose-fitting pants. Stay on trails and step carefully but purposefully as you wander the grounds. It’s best to walk with a buddy. The more noise you produce, the more desert animals will go out of their way to avoid you. Don’t place your hands or feet in or near ground holes and thick brush. We also recommend keeping pets on a leash. Snakes have been spotted around our development at times, so be alert and use a flashlight at night.

Pets:

We welcome our furry friends. For convenience, there is a large dog crate (no bed) under the bed. Dog bowls are located in the bar cabinet. Please put the bowls in the dishwasher upon leaving. Extra poop-bags are located in the bar cabinet. Please clean up after your pets, keep them on leash, and do not leave unattended in the unit.
